Description

Another older lineart submission. No. 1 of my 100 theme manga/anime challenge. Maho Shoujo is a magical girl, like Sailor moon and such. I stuck to the very traditional sailor suit style outfit due to extreme lack of creativity the day I drew this.

Can anyone guess what February's theme was?
